Kick-Off Meeting – Wrocław, Poland (12 June 2024)
The SAMPLE Project officially began with its kick-off meeting hosted by Wroclaw Medical University on 12 June 2024.
Partners gathered to review the overall objectives, administrative framework, and management structure of the project. Discussions focused on establishing the quality plan, budget allocation, communication flow, and data-sharing procedures.
The consortium also agreed on using a shared Google Drive for document exchange and holding regular online coordination meetings. Other highlights included selecting the project logo, designing the official website, and outlining the structure of the e-learning platform that will train healthcare professionals in pediatric lymphedema management.
The meeting marked the start of an ambitious two-year collaboration uniting medical universities, hospitals, and NGOs across Europe.
